学園内のいじめっ子のグループ。ナーズなどの、自分達よりも弱い人間をいじめている。ジミーの最初の抗争相手であり、転校初日から攻撃を仕掛けてくる。メンバー個々の強さは大した事無いが、リーダーで巨漢のラッセル・ノーストップは格別で、ゲーム中最も強いキャラクターである。が、第一章終了後にはジミーに従順な戦友となる。メンバーは全員、だらしなく着こなした白いワイシャツ（制服）にジーンズ、スニーカーを履いている。またラッセルを除くメンバー全員は顔のどこかに痣を持っている。全面戦争が起きた時は学校の校舎内で暴れまわっていたがエドガーに鎮圧される。縄張りは特に無いが、他グループの縄張り以外なら学園内の至る所に現れる。反面、学園外の街などで見かけることはあまりない。唯一女子が所属していないグループでもある。
